It's a rather lengthy quest, shouldn't be much in the way of rewards, mostly just Vic's personal appreciation, maybe some personal satisfaction, one of those "I'm going that ways anyways, might as well" quests. Maybe even stretch it out a bit that you have to return and tell Vic that X has been informed, and here's his reply, so then he asks you to find Y and get THEM to come, but of course Y can't come immediately either, so here's HIS reply, and so on...

Let’s try this from the top; The topic is “Vindicate Vic.”

The people of Klamath don’t believe Vic’s “tall tales” (even though Sulik was there for most of it).
An investigatory quest to vindicate Vic;
“… (S)o I stopped talking about it.”
“Gee, that sucks. I, in wish I could help...”
“… Maybe you can, at that... Marcus, the sheriff of Broken Hills, he could prove my story. Would you go and ask him to come here, clear my name?”
“Well, I could try I guess.”
“Gee’s that’d be swell. I can reward you for your efforts, too.”

This leads to a long and mostly boring quest of going place to place, begging the FO2 characters to go to Klamath. None will (duh, they can’t), but they all write a letter “I, [name], do solemnly swear and affirm that the events destined by Vic occurred as described, [blah blah]” and promising to come as soon as practical to testalie (“Well, I mean, it all “happened” and all…. But… Well, if you knew vic like we do, you’d know it’s all been… Erm… “Embellished.” A lot.”) that they then ask you to take back to Klamath. Deliver the letters to Vic; He will ask you to hand them over to Maida, who asks you to deliver them to Jenny, and so on until all the speaking NPC’s have seen the letters (re-use the skins for Warehouse quest note).
Rewards; 100¤, Vic’s appreciation, +100 karma in Klamath, and maybe a random t1 item (tool or hatchet or some thing)… Or perhaps +10 karma in Klamath, and maybe a random t1 item (tool or hatchet or some thing)…
I really don’t see that you should get any “real” rewards out of this quest, FWIW.

He can't go yet! There is still lots of fetch jobs that need adding and plenty of NPC's which don't have 'golly' as a dialogue option, there is so much left for him to do here!
