Gun Runners delivery quests.

Simple question - to obtain this quest I can't have negative karma with Gun Runners? Becouse so far Marshall don't wanna give me this quest, when I ask if they hire mercenaries he says they do but I dont look like I could handle the job and when I ask what do Gun Runners do and then if he has any job for me he says they could kick my ass out of there. My character has 3 charisma, 13 lvl and 176% SG so according to Wiki i do meet requirements. However since I joined Slavers and Brotherhood of Steel i got -100 reputation with them.

Any tips? Cuz I'd like to boost my rep with them so I could gain access to their advanced workbench.

I wonder if that level 12 requirement is off. Try again at level 14 and 15. Let us know if that changes it.

By the way wiki still mentions that 3 charisma is needed to talk to Marshal which is not true anymore.

Thanks! I can fix that. Should I assume the same is true of the other NPCs on this quest, noted on that page as "package recipients"?

Try to trade caps with the merchant at Gun Runner.
On 2238 I found this tip: Offer a cap - trade - offer a cap - trade
Each time you offer a cap this give you +1 reputation with Gun Runners.
Though I don't know if it works on Reloaded, you can try it.

Lvl 16 and still no possibility to get the delivery quests. However some ppl hinted me that my -100 reputation with them might be a problem. I'll try give this dwarf some free items to raise my rep and let u know if that worked.

Do the mutant quest from marshal... it will give u +500 reputation.

Ok i've improved me reputation to 0 by giving 100 times 1 cap to the dwarf and i got the quest,
I guess u'd add to the requirements that u can't have Gun Runners reputation lower than 0 in order to obtain the quest.
