Random mouse clicks on the world map

OK I've been noticing this for a few weeks, but I thought it was my mouse glitching. I'll go to click on a zone or square on the world map, and all of a sudden, the little cross icon will switch locations without me even touching my mouse. I know it's not just my mouse, because it happened on my friends laptop also. Anyone else having this trouble?

Yeah, actually, I am.

I thought it was my mouse acting stupid as well, because it IS acting stupid, didn't think anyone else had this happen.

Guess my mouse isn't the culprit... on this one.

Once again, I didn't write this... My dad likes to use my forum account. It only happens to *ME* on the world map.
