I think Kilgore probably forgot to increase experience from Regulators while increasing experience from humans cuz they give only 72 experience so its probably bug and if not then i suggest to increase it. They got ~100 hp, metal armor, 10mm pistol/grease gun, even crappy Raider gives you more expeirence.

Same for BoS Initiate, I think that was reported long time ago. Don't know about it is fixed or not.

Same thing for Brotherhood patrols,only the guy without helmet (with HPA and avenger) gives 700xp or so,others gives like 100~...
