I just voted. I see the two most popular so far are Steel Hands and Bleeding Hands. Either one is fine to me.

I say Outpost in south. Outpost because plenty of room. South because most solo/PvE/new players frequent the south more so it would easier for them to reach if they join. But if you decide on Trapper Camp near Klamath, i'll still be there.
