Cattle prod Overload

In Fallout Tactics cattle prod has an attack mode called "overload". I do belive it's some kind of melee "burst attack".
So my suggestion is to add the same thing to Reloaded.

Yeah, the cattle prod needs to be different from mega power fist : for the moment it's just a weaker weapon that have higher strengh requirement.

The formula could be:
5-10 extra ammo from SEC
both electric damag capable weapon could do this: SCP, MPF
each ammo cost act as 1 bullet aka like a burst!
AP cost: add +2-3 extra ap to the curent single!
Dmage can be the calculated from single attacks all raged weapons with burst using this method why reduce or increase it for melee just add the the single attack damage for every charge it using!
Important note! this is not a burst it is aimable so to say let is have aim mod!
maybe a cc effect so theer would be no need to build melee with heavy handed: 2-3 secund the victim of a succesfull attack from thes weapons could only walk(tis could be also a weapon perk shocked for electric weapons only... not to mention to replace MPF broken weapon perk)
Return in your face to how it was in 2238!

(why i suggest this? try to attack sombody with melee weapon without heavy handed and you most probably end up with a damage no more than 100-150 even if you lucky and crit with a bypass! still you gona get guted by him from 1 burst if you are not already gutted from range!)

this was my last attempt to make melee a viable option.... if we think about that in the wasteland weapons ammo normaly would be rare :P but what ever this is golden days economy is in ruinz. :D

Absolutely this. If you want to play against bursters these days Heavy Handed is a must, crit based builds just don't cut it anymore.

Isn't increasing the range of SCP to 2hex would prevent from 1hexing?
In this case SCP is a good option for crits, you'll have 2-3 hits to disable\cripple target.

for sombody who is trying to criple sombody with a melee needs to be a glass build even at 2hex range that measn instadeath from burst... not even need to be 1hexed cos crit builds are always lack hp and damageres...it would solve nothing!
Only a new solution against Heavy Handed nothing more...

Wait it's only two perks for crits - MHtHCrit and BCrit.
That gives 25(+10 finesse? :-\) base crit chance and still enough perks for AR, 3xLifegivers, Bonus HtH and Toughness.
This should handle 3 bursts.

About SCP: so far i like the idea to change it range to 2 hexes, maybe some changes in dmg and burst mode.
