Hello, I got a question, i craft almost 500 weapons, and any of +1AP, got 6 unique, 40 advanced and nothing with +1AP, its a bug or just very bad luck?

- Removed -1 AP cost bonus for crafted weapons
- Added +1 max Action Point bonus for spawned weapons (only when spawned with bonus)
