They're not complete - they don't contain variety of all animations required for all weapons.

And those are sprites not models  .

I got numberless vault guy from FO2 files, but no females were there. But would be cool if you're able to choose your default jumpsuit color when making a character. K remember wipe saying its possible to add extra things on creation screen.

I do take some. However what you asked is making a new model from scratch which will take forever and that's something I'm not gonna do
