Need some build advice

I used to play FOnline:2238 but im kinda strange to reloaded so a little advice might come in handy

I'm going to begin with rifles and then go with some big guns like minigun-im going to be the hwguy

I'm also going to be a faction member, not a barter or anything like that

I am thinking of this build;

Drugs can be
A: Nuka , Cigs , Psycho , Beer
B: Nuka , Cigs , Psycho
C: Nuka , Cigs

if u got enough exp u cud swap one Int point for one PE point but i havent calculated that , you wud need to test that somewhere...

-1 to charisma for sure
+1 to perception/luck/inteligence maybe
- first aid +doctor
- outdoorsman + traps/lockpick

ST 5 if you go for Adrenaline Rush or 6-7 for Stonewall
CH 1
AG 9 if you go for 5 ST (no buffout) or 10 is fine if you go for 6 ST (buffout)
traits bonehead and FASTSHOT (yes, not chem reliant, not smallframe but fastshot for +5 flat damage.. tanks arent doing much damage, lets say you do like 50 damage, if you add +5 its +10% damage which is alot)
