Well depends what you want to be. You could be a SG tank that uses grenade launcher or pancor.

Or be a BRD SG burster which honestly I haven't seen  damn I just realized I haven't seen anyone fight with a P90

Int too high,  put some point in luck and take second lifegiver instead of MoS. other than that it should work for you. tag sg bg and FA,  this build will work with p90, xl and avenger. basically all spray bursting weapons

Anybody can make a sneaker without combat capabalties but that's noobish and worthless sneaker even in group pvp.
When you make a sneaker make it either crit .223 / lsw or grenader.

Not true, I have a one luck sneak and I killed guys no problem. But you have to get another offensive tactic, like shooting more with more AP instead of having crit. Also having more AP to shoot is more reliable than crit.
