I got some info on Bill, if ya want it.
On November 27, 2015 he was seen talking to a Khan.

On November 29, 2015 he sold a map to one of my friends to my base.

I believe he did these actions because of his agression towards some of his friends in the Red Cross.

I also died with some of his combat armor, and a radio.

He was seen at NCR today, November 30th.

I saw him at Modoc selling gecko hides, the word is he blew all of his ill gotten gains on jet and is now living in a run down squat in the den. He has also shaved his head now,  so keep that in mind when tracking him.

New info.

Bill has betrayed MANY groups before the Red Cross.

When I interviewed Awg, he has stated that 'it was expected', and that 'he had betrayed factions before'

Many people see him at Hub.

Most likely is armed and dangerous.

Actually, many people know him.

And many RC including some of my friends confirm he has betrayed RC by giving them "info" or something.
