Caravan Stuck Bugs, Not on WM(Also sneak)

2 similar bugs: First one I accidentally killed a guard so went into sneak and hid. Caravan would not leave encounter. Once I left encounter the caravan began to work properly. I waited long enough for Rustling Mantis to show up.

Second, was normal encounter with dogs and followers/apocalypse. Dogs were killed but caravan never left. Caravan leader was "busy." I tried pushing him and hitting him but he would not move and stayed busy. Hang Transportation is still on those same coords for a few hours now.

Not the same situation as before but relevant bump.

NCR army kills guard, caravan leader attacks army, they all run out of ammo, 0 hp punching ensues. I watched this happen and caravan still on same coords for over an hour.

caravan leader has unlimited ammo mode, he cant run out of ammo but still there are situations when NPC surround him after all guards dead, player run away and hes crippled all the time but they dont kill him because hes too tough, then caravan stucks
