Picking up chests

Can you pick up chests, footlockers, ammo crates etc. once you have put them down?

I believe using science on them, you'll pick it up if its empty.

Or Repair....although I think repair is to rotate them while in the inventory.

Dunno, one of those.

yes science them, use repair to rotate some of them, they can be rotated while on the ground even
