Ghost Perk

Hi everybody !

I need to know if Ghost perk is useless if i have 300% in Sneak cause the wiki say :

" The Ghost perk gives a +30 bonus to Sneak whenever the player who took it finds himself within 5 hexes from a wall.

Note: The perk will not increase the skill past its 300% cap."

Yes it is useless if you have 300% sneak. Sneak skill is hard capped at 300%. So it will not help you after getting to 300%. Better take different perk.

yes but if i wear stuff on such as pistol and ammo i got penality right ?

So the +30 bonus  may help isn't it ?

No hardcapped means that 300 is where it stops, even after penalties, wearing a p90 for example will reduce a sneak skill of 300 to 200, but taking a stealthboy or having ghost will do nothing to increase this past 200, as 300 (even -100) is the hardcapped maximum.

Yes it's kind of silly and makes the value of ghost and stealthboys exactly 0.
