currently at 193 hp , i wonder if i should take llifegiver (+40hp) or right between the eyes.

close range sniper which is using pistols and sacrificing field of view for more survivability
basically something like plasma tank

lifegiver is more important for such build however one or other way, that build sucks because he should have both of those.. also 3 ST 4 IN is maybe crafter but not build for any kind of fighting activitiy
fighting build should have 1, 5, 6 or 7 ST (6-7 = stonewall, 5 = adrenaline rush, 1 = none of those) and 1-2 INT

Its a close range sniper but also all purpose character . 3 st becouse i couldnt give up carry weight and 4 int to max few important skills faster.

the perks i have so far are: more critical ,even more crit. ,even tougher, action boy x2 ,brof ,better crit.

when i reach level 40 or so i will reroll to combat build, but not until then.

40 HP > 10 crit chance for close range aim build
lifegiver for sure

but i already told you

lifegiver is more important for such build

LG for sure. 180 hp vs 220 is big difference

Depends if it's more pvp or pve oriented:
- if it's pve, take LG
- if pvp, id personally take RBTE - it's an all or nothing crappy build imo - LG won't let you survive the 2nd burst in majority of cases anyway so it doesn't look that useful compared to an additional crit chance to head/eyes which may or may not result in a blind/ko/kd/forcing SS.

- if it's pve, take LG

I have 2 non-rbte sniper builds and often see non-crit shots on them, even head/eyes ones. 10% crit chance is a lot and since it's all or nothing wannabe glass cannon - hardly any point in getting LG imo.

Small frame + One Hander  and take this rbte as u wanted.

I would rather take 3 int cause it s enough and put one point in PE. It makes a difference.
