reroll with the same name

Can someone explain me how to reroll if i want my next character to have the same name?
As i get it now i would do the following:

-create new (helping)character with another name
-make him the leader of my base
-deleteself my original character wihle in base with 10000 caps in inventory.
-wait 3 minutes and create character with same name
-make him see my base
-grab the achievements book

is that correct or is there less complicated way?

Ps. will books that ive read appear next to achievements book?

I guess it is right correct but wait a moment for more approves. Helper character who can invite new alt is must.

no, books and also implants are lost
i lost 3 implants by rerolling my character

is there any way to transfer a tent to the character of the same name?

like maybe creating 2 tent maps, one for helping char and one for future re rolled char

You can use map multiple times. One map will be enough no point in making multiple copies. One thing though,  after reroll you can't create any more maps for rerolled character tents.

Another question:
it says the new character has to be fresh. But can i have some experience already gained(but still level 1) and some quests done (like +10%combat skill from gun runners) and then take the achievements book?

Yes, Only thing you cant gain is Lvlup, so all skillbooks boneyard guard qest etc. etc. are ok. As long as you are lvl 1 character you can use achievement book from reroll.
