One Hander doesn't give any dmg bonus, Seki told me about it. Only Fast Shot gives flat 5 dmg bonus.

That's a shame. I remember that being a thing. I'd love to see that return some day, especially since one hander doesn't have much use right now.

So for now it's just a matter of +20% chance to hit for pistols and SMGs and scrapping all two-handed weapons in exchange. Shame indeed.
