What is it for? The perks/traits/skills all seem very random, what do you see this build as being able to do?

The role can change with levels. At level 250 or whatever that wouldnt matter anymore.

No they are not random. If you look at the skills, what could you do ingame with those skills?

The skills and the numbers are not complete btw...this is at lvl 24.

Perks, obviously its not a combat specialist. Nades, Sniper, Grenade launcher maybe mines...that would be it.

Traits, chicks like the heavy Bruiser guy type. *Flex* *Strike a pose* *Flex some more*. Fastshot is mandatory.

So you're going to shoot somebody between the eyes with fast shot? Bruiser is probably not even a good idea for a h2h build and certainly not for anything else.

I'm getting from the perks that you intend to play TB so why eatlier sequence and only 8 PE?

As someone with high lvl char with 1 luck I recommend not to go so low with this stat,(you will be bullet, critical and Armor bypass magnet i PvE, PvP chars will make a sive of you with 9mm pistol) not to mention that fast shoot and right between the eyes is a pointless combo.

You forget tag speech and gambling. Lower agility to 6 and take 3 charisma. Good build you dont need supp perks cause ur build is op. Thx for sharing!!!

Yes, it hurts but there is only few proper builds. Every minor change make it more your own, but it makes it harder to play at the same time. Every major change in raw-proper builds makes game unplayable.

The only thing we can do is admit it and take it as it is, or quiet/change server.
I chosed the first, and I don't regret it.

There are only a few build classes but I would argue there is room for personalisation provided you give consideration to what it is supposed to do and what you will be up against.

It is important not try to do too much at once though. Sneak is a specialisation and needs to be 300 to be effective. If it is going to be a paper thin sneaker,  then make sneak/ weapon skill the priority.

Seriously? This build is so random I don't even know if you can punch safely pigrats, but to be serious now, good luck getting 250 lvl on this, even getting 50 lvl will be hard and it'll take quite amount if time. Better ask someone for the build, this one suck donkey balls.
Main points:
- bruiser is useless, better take loner if you want to get the xp
- ST is too high and pointless to have such amount, 5 is max at SG character, or any character that uses drugs and is farmer alt/exp alt, pe of 8 is enough to do TB farming, get 10 endurance for higher hps.
reduce int to 6 and get 50% science from books so you'll exp faster (swift learner perk)
- get 3lk to reduce incoming "armor bypasses" and unlucky crits
Now to the perks:
Earlier sequence - useless on this build
right between the eyes - I don't even ask you why, 1lk = 1% crit chance, I don't want to ask if you play fallout before...
Sharpshooter only on pvp chars, it's basically + 2 pe, but you don't need that
Silent Running + 100% sneak = fail, get other perk

If you aim for higher levels tag two weapon skills and doc or 3 weapon skills and get 100% doc & fa asap.

If you would do even such build in fallout 1 & 2 it would suck donkey balls and and build with min-maxed stats would be better It's the problem of special system itself.
