Really she is most anoying thing on the wasteland, i shot her once for 500 :P and then just run away few times but at last managed to slip past her bitching.

So i want to offer my help any future rangers :P

Uhh yea she stand by that entrance door and have trait PMS and also hate all man in wasteland ffs...took me a while when she give me ranger perk...i run from her like 5 time atleast...whore is small word for her :)..feel like i having sex whit her and she look like molerat on jet, dammn

Can someone help me with this, the sequence on the wiki is totally wrong and doesn't work ( 1 1 1 1 2 1 2 1 ).

For example the second 1 selection ends the conversation, so that sequence is completely wrong.

Edit: The first dialogue option in the first screenshot in the OP is not available for me.

The sequence is right since 2011 or whenever it's been introduced on 2238 server, and is applicable for all 2238/Reloaded clones as well.

Your character has to have 100% Outdoorsman skill in order to get Ranger perk.
