Navarro - How to get suited up.

How do i get suited up for the enclave? i tried talking to the quartermaster but hes being a douchebag

In game factions don't provide much of anything, its simply not useful to join them in the game, it only makes some factions hate you.

so i cant get suited up via enclave...but do they still offer quests?

Nope they have only one quest. Give them Micro to join.

The benefits of doing so are self evident. This game doesn't have lots of quest and mission support, needs radiant quests like skyrim. And decent loots too.
