Btw. XL shouldnt be close combat assault rifle, it should be 5-7 bullets burst gun with no spread...for christ sake it has scope :D

I agree on that one. XL should be the LSW of the SG class. If you want to spray you should grab a P90

Buffing this perk makes it more viable than simple BRD. (btw brd in fallout tactics was a multiple role perk, because it just buffed your damage dealt by 15%)
