LoL the ones you need to watch out for are Master of disharmony (The Master. Shot 2 member in the run) not deadpool plus you need to loot during combat because the npc gurads will take all the loot away before you can loot it
You must be part of UV 
Just don't go to caravan when you see a UV or MOD member, they're douches and probably will hex you once encounter comes out
