There's uh, nothing that can be done.
We really need an alternative system. :/

The only thing i can tell you is to press the Control key on your keyboard to un-hide the password, to see that you are entering it properly.

Beyond that, I don't know of any way to recover a lost password here. We are left on our own when it comes to knowing our passwords, entering them properly, and not forgetting them.

I had similar problem when I tried to change a password on a character. I typed wrong and I coulnd't connect. PM kilgore, he can check character list and password somehow. Just tell him the EXACT character name and maybe the new password you want to have. He will fix it when he'll have the time.

Yep. Be sure to include as many details about the character as possible (when it was registered, last used, build and such). Then I can reset your password when the server is down (restarting or during maintenance).

i sent you a PM about all the details a few days ago. i have logs i could send you to verify it is me if that is the problem.
