Yeah agility is a big one too, agreed.
Strength is currently in a position that I don't want intelligence and charisma to fall into, and that is; aside from being a requirement for certain very useful perks (adren rush and stonewall) it isn't very useful. That being said it is much more useful than Int and Cha even without the perk requirements, as it gives carryweight, throw range, hit chance (through st reqs on weapons), and crit resistance vs arm shots.
