Bonus move perk is only useable in TB. Complementing it with bonus movement speed (animation speed?) for RT, would give some use for that perk.
Imo, 10% per perk is enough, up to a total of 20% with 2 perks taken. (2 free movement compared to 10 total AP would translate to 20% if we would want to keep metric of TB advantage, but a 40% total would be way too much.)
