Rerolling! What do you think of this build (PvP I guess?)

I ended up going with even tougher. It's a very versatile build. Most everything works pretty well so far!

PE is base of 8, not 6 like OP. so with implant + psycho + cigs it will be 8 still

If you come asking whether a build is good, you don't need that build.
Don't dip your hand into a pool of randomness.

• How much sight do you need?
• How much critical chance do you need, and for which body part(s)?
• How much carry weight must you have?
• How much HP?
• How much DR?
• How many AP?
• Which weapons will you be using?
• Which armors will you be using?
• Which strategies will you be using?
• How much DMG must you inflict?

There are a bunch of things to consider, you select the ones you need, disregard the rest. Try to maximize them. Use formulas and documentation on forum and wiki.

Now, the true question you need to ask is whether a sniper of sight 45 hexes is good or bad against certain opponent(s) on certain map(s). How do you accomodate against other snipers who likely have greater sight than you? Or will you not be fighting snipers?

I wasnt really asking if my build was good. Just needed some advice on a few perks. The build is done, and it's not bad!
I did some testing in Hinkley and it was interesting to see how much knock back I had with jackhammer

Looks mediocre. You should specialize your build for a specific role instead of making some all-rounder.
