Problem with slaves

I joined to slaves guild, so I get slave perk. After that i joined to a brotherhood of steel and now when I I enslave any male female or child and want to sell them in Den, Metzger's guards and other guards still killing my slaves but if i come as a lonely they do not attacked me wtf?
