Using multilog or bypassing relog timer in order to gain an advantage in PvP activities. Also includes scouting and looting.

This guy use one char to attack me in SF mine (PvP):


Then switch to another char which is waiting there and loot all stuff (looting):


After that:


So please tell me, will he be banned or not?. If not, please add detail exceptions to the game rules, and I will be happy to follow. Thank you!

As I know them it will be IP ban
