Yeah technically they tc but only when they know the other teams are offline and then go ghost cap them.

I seen them TCing... was it Modoc while Lamsone was tc'ing Broken Hills? I'm pretty sure it was Modoc. But I know LB was taking BH, 'casue I had to divert from the town.

Exactly. They are starting the timer when no one is online/they can gain much advantage and not coming to others' TCs to have some fights. They prefer to lose the town for 2 hours and then take it at night. Stuff > fun.
