Gun Runners Caravan Package

so ive got a question regarding this quest http://www.fonline-reloaded.net/wiki/index.php?title=Gun_Runners_Caravan_Package

There it states you can repeat it once each 20 hours.

Im quite sure I was able to do this quest around two or three time a day. Was that a bug?

Right now I wasnt able to pick the quest for at least 20 hours I think. There is something fishy. Whats your experience?

It's random 6-9 hours after you get reward from dwarf.

I done it after four hours twice. So I don't know if six hours is correct.

Dev told me it wasn't repeatable until 20 hours after completion.
