Enclave hunting

I'm a part of a closed group of players, who are new to FOnline. We enjoy PvE and occasional PvP encounters and have no plans to participate in town control fights. For now our goal is to slowly progress and win more difficult encounters. Now we're farming Unity patrols fairly easily and we keep an eye on our next target - Enclave patrols. I know that's a huge step in difficulty, but that's our goal.

Normally we would experiment with builds and eventually succeed (it could take a while), but we don't have time to level high level characters every few days just to test our setup. That's why I want to ask few questions about killing Enclave patrols.

We're gonna hunt them with a 3-5 man squad.

1. How much charisma do I need to lead 4 and 5 players (including myself)?
2. Could you name all builds that are effective against the Enclave?
3. Which builds are a must have in our group?

1. Just make a 'leader' character that will lead people around, I suggest. Your party needs a leader after all.
2. Just don't take SG for those I guess, BG can do some nice burts, EW can do some nice crits, and Thrower ain't that effective againts Enclave unless you're going for knife crit aimed throws.

Its just my personal opinion on that.

I learned a bit from other players and I know that having a leader is not necessary - someone with a radio is enough.

EW would be useless against them, because they have crazy DR/DR against plasma and lasers.

BG tank and SG scripplers seem like a good call. I'm also going to test on them 3 bursts per round with XL70E3 with AP ammo.

You can handle 4 patrols alone with tesla armor and with gatling...
