+1, but what bout BG, CC and TW in this case? What about non-combat skills as Doctor, Lockpick, Traps or even Speech?

these are the books found in the original fallouts (1,2,tactics) if we want more then we have to add fallout 3 and nv books i'll leave that to the devs  8)

They should just do it the TLA way and have books for all skills. Alternatively only have books for weaponskills, or only have books for support (repair etc) skills.

TLA also has these special books that grand some extra damage/crit chance when read. Those could be nice next to implants.

the tla special books and the skill group books are game breaking or at best op lets stick with one book pre-skill cus it's more suitable  8)

Its easy, you can only read 10 books of guns, they can be any of your decission, 3 SG 3 BG 4 EW, 10 EW, etc
