Help: BoS Unable to talk to Quarter master in the Base

I've just completed the 'Investigate the red object' BoS quest, and the Paladin told me to come and talk to the Quartermaster at the BoS base. I try to commence dialogue with him, yet he only says 'Hello Brother.' or 'Checking for news, eh?' Any help?

This quest is finished. As far as I remember you have to talk with npc in (front of?) BoS bunker for example in SF or NCR not the one in Lost Hills bunker. Anyway it can be done, just find right NPC ;p
