Boneyard for sure, mostly zones 30:45 and 31:44.

Boneyard (way overpopulated);
New Reno;
Hub;
NCR;
The ruins east of Gecko (really, why go there?)
And sometimes the 5×3-4 range just south of Klamath (slightly coastwards).
