Railroad Tracks...

Would it be possible to add railroad tracks to the worldmap? Just the red dotted lines like the wiki worldmap. Maybe also black lines leading around the world to make it easier for new pc's to find olaces, rather than stumbling around in the (litteral) dark.

well maybe there is another solution? I got the feeling most (new) players dont know about the trains and the stations. Maybe make those stations visible by default? Why arent they anyways?

You are suposed to do this quest http://www.fonline-reloaded.net/wiki/index.php?title=A_Man%27s_Job . While you do it, you actually discover all the stations and get nice reward.

well then they see these stations and go there. Maybe take a train and find the other locations you talked of;)

or the doctors quest in Vault City. Dunno if theres something in SF for that.

And either way if still doesn't address just seeing the tracks.

It doesn't involve killing kid to finish the quest.  But if you wish you can kill the kid. Also, you don't even need to kill his father to complete the quest. You can finish it by lying that you kill him...

End story is you discovered all train stations if you ever need them, because buggy is 15k caps and faster than train and you dont need to wait for it or buy ticket...
On other hand even if you mark the rails on map, player still needs to explore the map and discover the train stations because of fog of war...

Doctor's quest is way less probrlmsome...... unless you're high enough level to take them on. Then it's good for.....
Well..... just puss in them off I'm sure (a noble goal in its own right)...

And still doesn't address why tracks can't be seen on workdmap.
