No cooldown after repairing car

As in topic. Make it so the car repair doesn't give you cooldown on repair skill.

-1I do not see any reason to remove the cooldown to repair the machine. In reality, people get tired when engaged in physical work , should be in the game about wasteland. :facepalm

Crafting an LSW should be also tiring, should devs add a cooldown of 30 seconds for each weapon you craft because it is like this in real life?

Digging in mine is also tiresome. By your logic there should be 1 minute cooldown for digging...
