With high enough Luck you could get a tons of caps in original game, though don't know how it applies in FOnline.

I met this encounter 3 times already, but I could never lockpick the chest. Now I have 120% lockpick. The treasure will be mine.

The pickable chest has only 12-16 nuka colas in it....and I think the centaur is friendly
