Increase caps for noobs!

Lets face it, noobs can't get any money. With the amount of people in the game it becomes next to impossible to make good trades. I'm not saying to increase the total amount of caps the merchants have, keep it the same. But add in small amounts say around 200 or so. That refresh every 10 minutes or so. I know this would be hard to script to keep the inventory the same but only add a few caps. But it would change the market, and increase trading while helping new players. What does everyone else think?

Just one run around the safe towns today - all of the merchants except Hub's general store and Darkwaters at Junktown had caps. From 300 to 14 000 caps and there where still some caps left after my visit. I'd say there's too much caps, but thankfully no-one listens to me

So you think we should reduce the amount of caps the vendors have? I see how this would help the forum market making stuff cheaper, and more controlled .

Kind of agree here... What do you want caps for any way?
You need few lousy caps? Go clean some brahmin pen, or lift some boxes... You will get more than your 200 caps and XP (for that XP is more usefull to noobs).

Trisha at Salvagers buys junk for 40 caps a piece. Its 2000 caps for 50 pieces, 10 mins of work with Pick All function. Jeez.
