st5,pe6,en5,ch5,in7,ag6,lk6 good natured and finesse high crit PvE crafter i dont cear for being tanky so what should I change and thank you

Now it is the best and uktualny build sniper without implants.

It uses cigarettes and nuka cola and jet.

Its disadvantages: a very long time to pump.
More minuses there.

I don't know, how exactly do you really want to change that, since we have only the SPECIAL to work with? Unlike real MMOs there isn't that big variety.
I don't think it's possible to anyhow significiantly change.
