What about the other half of this? I mean when my characters puts on CA only and wears no helmet, he should appear that way. The game already has a few bald-headed combat armor NPCs to start.

It would take abnormal amounts of time... Considering there are aprox. 27 animations for male wearing combat armor, and each of those has 6 different positions. And each of positions has atleast 5 pictures in it. :) So imagine changing the head on every of those pictures :D

^ true that I'd take an extremely long amount of time, but it would be a great feature.
