And additional (final) changes:

- All characters have Awareness perk by default;
- Added new names for player driven factions;
- All TC towns can be now captured at any time.
- TC reward changed; lockers no longer spawn implants, ammo and drugs (except Jet in Den). They spawn 4000-8000 bottle caps every 30mins and a small amount of resources, depending on town.
- Implants, power armors and top rare weapons are now spawned only in Special Encounters (Old Bunker quest and Hidden Shelter).
- Added "Drop all items you carry." dialogue option to followers.

Special locker changes:
- Removed from New Reno Commercial;
- Added to last level in Ares;
- It doesn't spawn implants, PA, HPA and rare weapons,
- It spawns regular top gear with bonuses and some semi-rare armors (variants of Combat Armor), ammo can be spawned there also, including small amounts of Dragon's Breath shotgun shells.

Kilgore if you plan this season to be short maybe increase the XP by 0,5 or smtn. Anyway love the other changes, there is no way for fo2 to compete with this now, lots of players will come, i will make another donation when my wallet gets little more full .

It gives you 60 min instead of normal 30 min drug timer but it's possible to get addicted.
Addictions and effects of drugs can be cured with Drug Antidote (previously Jet Antidote).

This changelog is just great 
Only fire gecko's skin in making CA sucks a little, but it's just temporary so I'm on it for now 
Same with Awarness, but it was queit easy to obtain anyway....Good job guys

(4000 + 8000)/2 * 2 * 24 = 288k
That's a lot.
