When you enco HUMAN salagers, one o two of them have -xhp; FA them and they'll say "Thank You" and you can get karma points just for treating them.... it would help with dealing with the scavs in LA.

this is cool, there's a system in towns I helped bring in during the 2238 years. Don't see why it couldn't be extended.
