can you identafy strange armor

I'm new to the game and yesterday I was in an encounter with rats after I killed the rats I proceeded to openlocker which had traps all around it I think the orange armorial is worthless because know one will buy it its called increase armorial.

P.S. IF YOUR NEW SCAVENGE JUNK AND MAKE BBS LVLING LIKE THAT GETS YOU LVLED FAST I WENT FROM 7-10 IN AN HOUR.
