Looking For Faction

Hey ppl , im looking for some faction . Would like people in it to be chilled , relaxed , and without stealers and some brats , whiners ...  So i guess some mature faction  , that i will stay eventually after wipe too  , im interested in both improving my self and pvp and pve .

And just to add that i dont have time to play every day. I played f1,f2,f3 few times . Fo:Re started few week ago tho i wasnt so active . Atm i have char lvl 60+, some sniper build , no implants  :)
