Game crash when char or follower is overweight

My game crashes every time my character is overweight or when a follower or companion is overweight. I tried sending the dumps to fonline.ru but it would seem their email server isn't working anymore. Does anyone else experience this? I even reinstalled my OS trying to fix this but to no effect. It's very annoying and game breaking.

How much overweight we are talking about? Is it "ops, I just cut 1 wood too much" or "I just did ctrl+g on pile of gazillion items on one hex"?
Can you log in to that character after crash or is it crashing again? If you can than post screen of your inventory with carry weight stats and at least a preview of what you are trying to pick up + inventory of companion.

It's not tied to any specified number. Generally when I got the overweight icon on the top left side of my screens the crashes begin to happen. And as I said above sometimes it also happens when my followers are overweight and I am not. This typical for me when I go mining.

Yes I can log back in to it but it will crash after a minute or two. This is getting really frustrating.

I don't think it's client side or I am not sure. But yes I did run the updater after the last server maintnance.

odd, i know sometimes for me the game only lets me play for a min or two before crashing several times. I fix it by restarting computer

Happened to me once when i was moving a lot of stuff but only when i dropped it all after moving wit it

That's one weird bug :/
I tried doing what you did, same location, same activities, I even installed interface mode you got and 20+ minutes walking there, mining on overweight and nothing. Sometimes deleting client's cache helps in weird moments... I would suggest downloading fresh client, run updater (just in case there is something new) and try again with clean client, without any interface mods. If that doesn't help try doing same thing on another character.
Let us know if any of that helped.

The Windows XP might be a problem or some outdated drivers.

Happen to me aswell when really overweighted, and also when trading loads of items to a brahmin. Especially when interacting with npc/dropping on the floor.

Does your problem persist if you get a brahmin and trade with it before being in overweight? Might fix your issue until then.

Or maybe try fonlineGL the other client in your directory or reinstall like suggested.

I tried everything I could think off really. Clearing cache, switching chars, reboot etc.

For me it crashes regardless of who I trade my items with. Using FOnlineGL is not exception.

I don't have Windows XP dude, didn't have it for over 3 years now. I'm using Windows 10, but I had the exact same problems on Windows 7. And my drivers are all up2date. This is one of those rare moments when I wish I had a laptop or something xD

Have you tried to delete the fonline folder, download client again and try complete reinstallation like mojuk suggested?

Other than that i fear its beyond my abilities to help you

Try with fresh, clean client in new location on disk.
