Need some feedback on a stealth build for my friend. THX!

Will probably use a .223 pistol and a backup p90 or one of the burst assault rifles.

If you stick to the 223 pistol you can take and additionnal lifegiver instead of RBTE and aim for groin. You have autocrit from behind and groin often knock down or out.
Or you can also take 2 bonus ranged damage and more ranged damage instead of RBTE, lifegiver and silent death. Take jet and you'll have 12 AP, allowing you to tripple burst with P90 with insane damage. If you do so try aiming arms when you use the pistol, for a surprising weapon drop.

I think he's leaning more toward the burst like you suggested.

Wouldn't the 223 groin shots be less effective since there's no  - crit modifier? Like if he were caught out of stealth and the enemy was facing him, he'd be in a tough situation. Not that that wouldn't be the case anyway lol, but even more so.

With 180 sneak you'll be spotted easily. This is why sneaker builds need 9-10 INT for 300 sneak.

So should I take points out of endurance, or something else like perception? Already doesn't have much hp. But I've heard perception is important to sneakers so maybe this guy will have to be really flimsy.

Everything else looks good? I went with Le troll's burst suggestion just like he posted. RBTE lifegiver and silent death switched out for the 3 increased ranged damage perks.

I was messing around in the character builder and it took me to level 33 to max sneak while still getting all those perks. (At 9 IN)

Don't ask me how to make a sneaker, especially if you want all that stuff,  aimed shots.

If I were to make a sneaker, I would make a 1 LK, 1ST  , BRD sneaker burster.

It seems like this all depends on how much time someone wants to spend leveling 
Either push for the intelligence and hit 300 sneak around level 31-33 or get to level 50 with around 5 intelligence (on the last one I tested).

So attacking anyone that has this on is pointless unless you plan to use long range weapon and use range to avoid being noticed.

lvling is super easy. just make power servos. seki has a whole thread on how to do it if you search forum. i made a silent death guass pistol build and love it. Just stay at 50 hex range and nail them. kills fast and almost always a ko/kd. you shouldnt need more than 4 int and perception is the most important stat for sneakers as well as agility and luck. endurance isnt so important because odds are you will be killed really fast once you get caught anyways.

Well... you could try to wait until the motion sensor is outta battery's xD but no, there is no way to counter it

No, if you're 15 hexes within of a person with a motion sensor, they'll see you. Nothing can stop that

Dang. I think there should be some sort of counter to it, at least to an extent. Maybe some sort of jamming device that has a long cooldown.

well.. just be focussed and attack when other person just used his ap and has his focus elsewhere. sneakers are pretty advantaged. person with most kills ingame is also a sneaker. when 10pe+harpshooter are looking in your direction its also something around 10 hexes from where you will be seen. no motion sensor would be really really awful..
