New profession

Brahmin breeder or Brahboy/Cowboy
Requirements: charisma >=6 OD=100% 10k
Description:
You may buy a brahmin ranch.
(+2 to perception when using one handed weapon for the purpose of calculating chance to hit)
or
You may upgrade your tent/safe house with brahmin pen.
(+2 to perception when using one handed weapon for the purpose of calculating chance to hit)

For option: "You may buy a brahmin ranch."
You can buy a following ranch(without brahmins and full of hostile animals to kill):
small = max brahmin 10, cost 30k(pigrats, mantis and molerats)
medium = max brahmin 30, cost 100k(molerats, centaurs)
large = max brahmin 60, cost 500k(deathclaws, floaters)

For option: "You may upgrade your tent/safe house with brahmin pen."
small = max brahmin 10, cost 10k, tent 30 wood 15 rope and shovel
medium = max brahmin 30, cost 10k, tent 100 wood 40 rope 20 water bags and shovel
large = max brahmin 60, cost 30k, safe house, 120 wood 50 rope 40 water bags and shovel

Brahmin spawns in the pens followin this formula: for each 2 brahmins +1 brahmin in 72h cycle

You really need it spelled out for you?
For one, people would use it for a caps exploit. Buy the biggest tent one, then have 30 brahmin. Every 72 h sell 15 to the npc brahmin trader. Do this on multiple chars with multiple tents each.
Two, they'd buy the third raw ranch just for the deathclaw and floater spawns. I assume there'd be a fence right? So whats to stop the player from camping either inside or outside the fence and shooting floaters and deathclaws with a rocket launcher for easy exp? Or even with the middle one, to do the same thing with molerats and centaurs.

And how does it make sense for having a ranch to improve your hit chance anyway?

And what a difference now with having X slaver chars that bhought X mines, place in it slaves and earn each week plenty of minerals? Then for that minerals craft plenty of stuff? If with that you have no problem, why you have problem with this suggestion?

I grow watching western and cowboys, most of the time, have good skill in revolres so just add small bonus to use one handed weapon. Thats all.

I just don't see any benefit to the idea, you said it yourself. Compared to other ways of achieving the same things, there isn't any reason to do this.

I saw this and was like, wtf am I gonna do with a ranch filled with deathclaws and floaters. Die on spawn?. Till I saw the part you have to kill them. :P

I like the basic idea, but ya. Too many issues, too easy to exploit,  even if you left the gate shut, or nerfed cattle sales, or etc.
Go back and rethink it.
