Ah sorry for not getting back for a while. Honestly, it is worth it. It's a collectors item, as far as I'm aware, it can only be found in the special encounter. Sure Destiny, I'll trade for the HPA.

What are the stats of the weapon? And what type of damage is it?
If it's EMP it's only usefull against robots.

Thanks for wiki link, now I know this weapon isn't even as usefull as a pile of brahmin shit (cause you can craft jet out of it :))
