Good question. Let's hope this community comes to some universal agreement on implant values. I'll suggest these and we'll see how people comment:

Most of the SPECIAL implants: 500k
Exceptions: Endurance and Charisma would be lower, maybe 200k?
Any of the combat implants: Minimum 1M

Might as well include a comparative value for the Vertibird: 750k?

for the last 4 monthes I haven't played on relaoded, I guess you could have gathered some millions of caps and get all implants at least twice.  ::)
