Rusty Ship quest appears to be messed up.

I practically DRAGGED someone to do rusty ship tonight, we got to the right area but he couldnt find the ship. I have a private minein the area. Could that have screwed him up?

Ask him to make absolutely sure he sees the quest in his Pip-Boy. If he does not see the quest location, i bet you 100 metal parts he did not actually get the quest.

I have the same problem. In the zone are two trapper camps.
